5.1 How do I log-in directly from the site?
The log-in slots on our "Splash Page" and buttons labeled "Play Now" are all connected to our instant-play Flash casino (log-in for Download Casino play would be done by a player from his or her downloaded software instead, see item 4.2 below).

Connect to the Internet
Run the casino software

When a dialog box appears, enter your account number and password (or register for an account as appropriate).

This is due to a bad or slow connection with your Internet Service Provider. Disconnect and reconnect to the Internet and try again.
