5.1 How do I log-in directly from the site?
The log-in slots on our "Splash Page" and buttons labeled "Play Now" are all connected to our instant-play Flash casino (log-in for Download Casino play would be done by a player from his or her downloaded software instead, see item 4.2 below).

5.2 How do I log in to the Download casino ?
•  Connect to the Internet
•  Run the casino software
•  On the main casino screen, click on the "Connect" button.
•  When a dialog box appears, enter your account number and password (or register for an account as appropriate).

5.3 Can I log in to one casino using an account number I got when I registered at the other casino?
Absolutely! That's the gimmick of playing at Jackpots In A Flash - it does not matter which casino you originally received your account number from. That same account number is valid at both casinos, and your personal, banking, game-credit and loyalty point information will be accessible at either one. 5.4 What is my password/account number?
Your password is case-sensitive and must be entered the same way each time you log in. If you have forgotten your password or account number, please contact a customer service representative for assistance. Remember to have your registration details handy.

5.5 What if I try logging in and it does not connect?
This is due to a bad or slow connection with your Internet Service Provider. Disconnect and reconnect to the Internet and try again.
