4.1 How do I register at the Casino?
At Jackpots In A Flash the concept is that one registration (i.e. one account number) will let you play on BOTH our download and our instant-play flash casinos. While each of the two have some of the same games, each one basically carries a different suite of games. You can play on both casinos using one account, either as a 'Guest' player or as a 'Real money' player.

1. Instant Online Registration
•  You can register directly on the site either by pressing the "Play Now" button on the 'splash' page of our site or from the top of the subsequent pages inside.
•  You can also pull up the registration menu by pressing the "Log In" button on the top of the pages inside the site. Either way, you will have the option to register as a 'Guest' or as a 'Real money' player.
•  If you press the "Register" button in red at the top you can register directly as a real money player.

2. Registration from the Download Casino
•  Connect to the Internet and run the casino software, first making sure that all your other applications are closed.
•  When the casino's main screen becomes visible, click on the "Connect" button, then on the "Register" button.
•  You can now choose to register as a Guest (play free for fun) or as a Real player (play for cash). Following the prompts, enter your e-mail address and contact details. You will be required to enter a password of your choice. Note that your password is case sensitive.
•  Once registration is complete, you will be given a player account number. Keep your account number and password in a safe place. You will use them to access the Casino each time you wish to play.
•  You will be asked if you want the software to remember your password. To make sure that no one else with access to your computer can play on your account, select "No". Only select "Yes" if you are the only person who has access to your computer.

Keep in mind that if you start the registration procedure by following the steps on the registration menu , you can also complete the promotion registration and claim cycle at once so you can start playing with bonus money!

4.2 What is the minimum purchase amount?
The minimum purchase amount for real-money play is $25 (or £25 for Pound-Sterling players) through direct purchases with a credit card. United States Dollar players can also use alternative secure online purchase methods like NETeller or FirePay.

4.3 I want to play for free but I am asked for a credit card - why?
You have accidentally opened a Real account - contact a customer service representative for information on how to open a guest account. Guests are allocated Guest accounts that do not require real money.

4.4 Do I pay to play as a Guest?
No! Guests are allocated Guest accounts that allow them to play for FREE!

4.5 For how long will my Guest account be active?
Guest accounts never expire. You are welcome to remain a Guest and play as often as you like. Keep in mind though, that Guest accounts do not give you access to our progressive slot games or to our casino promotions.

4.6 Can I open a Real or Guest account by phone or e-mail?
Yes. Call or email our Support Desk at support@thepalacegroup.com with the following details:

Note: you may NOT have more than one Real account.

4.7 Can I purchase more casino chips in Guest mode?
